AmBer Nolasco, MSW, MBA

AmBer Nolasco is a mother and a systems-minded social worker. As the founder of Accountable Futures, she is a dedicated advocate for systemic child welfare reform. With a professional background spanning frontline social work at New Mexico’s Children, Youth & Families Department (CYFD), front-end leadership in the private sector, and entrepreneurship, AmBer brings a unique dual lens to the field. She bridges the gap between clinical expertise and fiscal sustainability, recognizing that healing requires both heart and effective design. As mother of four, AmBer understands the importance of emotional regulation and self-accountability, and champions the idea of mental health as a fundamental, basic life skill. Through Accountable Futures, she is committed to developing duplicatable, auditable systems that protect the workforce, demand accountability, and empower the next generation.
